    He was indeed right. Life has tremendous joy in it if we could all be pure and innocent like
    children. The best way to avoid this problem is to put yourself in constant
    creative mental activity or creative physical work. This takes a little getting used to ,but it
    introduces so many gifts as he had commented on.
