		<description>I&#039;m not so sure. He is critiquing Web 2.0 culture, which is certainly libertarian. He is arguing that there needs to be authority, not just a democratic web. I think I agree with him there -- pure democracy is chaos. That&#039;s why we&#039;re a Republic -- and why democracies crash.

Anyway, I found him interesting and a breath of fresh air -- most people drink the kool-aid and don&#039;t think about this sort of stuff.
