He is critiquing Web 2.0 culture, which is certainly libertarian. He is arguing that there needs to be authority, not just a democratic web. I think I agree with him there -- pure democracy is chaos. That's why we're a Republic -- and why democracies crash. Anyway, I found him interesting and a breath of fresh air -- most people drink the kool-aid and don't think about this sort of stuff.
