(I followed your link to the Rainsong site and now understand why; mystery solved. :) ) After reading some things on the Gospel Coalition site, I admit I was quite happily surprised to see Sam Harris here.
I’ve got to compliment your recommended reading list, too. Pilgrim at Tinker Creek made a big impact on my life, and you’ve got several of my other favorites on there as well. Makes me think I should check out the books on your list I haven’t read, we seem to have similar taste!
Fire and Knowledge aims to be thoughtful and challenging through quotes, links, commentary and essays.
Topics include science, religion, politics, literature, history and technology. As someone said, there are no uninteresting subjects, only uninterested people.
